Session 2: 31 October - 03 November 2002, Thailand

The second round of Peace Talks under the Ceasefire Agreement between the Government and the LTTE took place at the Rose Garden Hotel in Nakhorn Pathom, Thailand, from 31 October to 03 November 2002.

The Government delegation was as follows:

The LTTE was represented by the following people:
Mr. Anton Balasingham
Mr. S.P. Thamilselvan
Mr. Muralitharan (Karuna)
Mrs. Adele Balasingham

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Vidar Helgesen, Ambassador Jon Westborg and Mr. Erik Solheim also participated, as the facilitators from the Royal Norwegian government.
